Hi, allow me to introduce myself…..
I am married 38 years with children and grandchildren. I finished matric at the age of 17 and married at 18. I combined marriage, children and work-life over the years, learning constantly both empirically and theoretically. At 49 my husband encouraged me to do formal studies. I completed my degree and honours degree in Industrial and Organisational Psychology (IOP) in 2015. I am presently networking with an assessment company focusing my effort on senior level education and businesses; training and mentoring in the fields of positive psychology with focus on emotional and multiple intelligence.
My career history and life experience includes global perspective on industry and human mechanics through accompanying my husband to various countries as he works in the Oil and Gas Industries as well as business experience in various fields such as marketing, managing, consulting and administration. I worked for an NPO writing and training on programs of life skills and holistic living which we shared in senior schools and community development programs.
My years of empirical and theoretical study opened up an invested interest in the brain (neuroscience) and the belief that mentoring, training and development in the fields of emotional, multiple and diversity intelligence, within the educational system and business sectors, would be a catalyst for change in individuals, groups and communities.
Success is not defined by how wealthy and established you are, but by the focus, passion and peace that drives all one continues to learn and share. It is in giving that you receive rewards far greater than the physical; rewards of being, doing, teaching or mentoring positive psychological input that help change, motivate and inspire individuals to become all they are meant to be.
I am zealous about seeing people excel holistically in their life and career, and look forward to increasing and using my abilities, skills and knowledge, gained theoretically and empirically. I have the maturity and world experience to be disciplined, motivated and focused to make a difference in my environment.
